I think one hero can be, like the blood elves soldier (in Warcraft 3 frozen throne).
one of his/her magics is gaining other heroes magics… & he/she can do their magic power…

kit as in abilities. Anyone can say something like “it would be cool if Vashj was in the game”. Tbh it would be cool if any hero would be released for HOTS and you’re not giving any incentive to make that hero that you want
