I tried everything deleting my cache update agent running as administrator and like 100 other things and nothing helps. is there a way to make it download or to download the game fails and locate the game?
I did all of this and my ethernet usage is spiking up from time to time and my cpu usage is at 70% but its not downloading anything.
all of the ports are open and the game is still not downloading.

Try this one here as well. And I would suggest to temporily disable your Antivirus just to see if that makes a difference.

No, not like this because those file paths are on your own PC, I can’t access your PC. You would need to use an upload page like I mentioned.
