Heroes of the storm fps drop problem

Hello there everyone
I have got a infact quite common problem, it seems to be related to heroes of the storm onlY
First of all my specs are

i7-8700 / 8 gb gtx 1080 / 256 gb sandisk ssd plus / 16 gb ddr4 3000 mhz ram / 144 hz g-sync aoc 24’’ monitör

My Windows 10 is original and all my drivers are up to date.

When i play hots infact everything is fine and run at 144hz. Till the time comes randomly. Fps drops to instant of 107 stucks there. Game starts stuttering like im playing at 30 fps, even maybe like 20. lags like hell. Turning v-sync on or off doesnt change a thing .

Suddenly and randomly everything goes back fine. 144 hz no stuttering no lag . No virüs have been found by 3 different programs. i need an urgent help resolving this issue

Looks like deleting the Battle net cache folder did the trick for me.
However I did do a lot of other changes that appeared to have no effect. The universal guide to performance issues is great. thx.
