Hots goes out of sync finally with MTR logs

I’ve been having issues with my hots just sitting in “reconnect” for the last 6months.
The suggestion is to run MTR and find out what causes the drop.

turns out that when “ae1-br02-eqpa4.as57976 DOT net” drops packets my game immediately drops.

In the support post it says that I need to attach my MTR logs to my ticket

  1. I can’t raise a ticket
  2. If this counts as a ticket, I can’t find a place to upload a file
