I was playing a quick match and another player was being a troll and abusive from the outset. They sat near the nexus all game and only came out when they were about to be kicked for being inactive and then went back to doing nothing near the nexus. They also swore and cussed at the entire team multiple times. I reported the player twice, once for abusive chat and once for AFK/nonparticipation. The very next game I was matched with him again and he did the EXACT same thing again. How could blizzard allow for a player whom you reported twice, including for abusive text, be matched with you again in the very next game. That is unbelievably irresponsible by Blizzard and shows that the reporting system is not monitored or effective at all. Do you as a company not take reports of abuse seriously? Do you know care about player safety? I have been playing this game for 3 years and was shocked and appalled by this experience.
