Hello!
ive got a problem with my rank in Hero League. I am Gold 2. I played promotion to rank up. I won that game. When i did, i was back at Gold 2 again. with about 600 ranked points. Finally i got to promotion once again. Won that game aswell, and got back to Gold 2 once again. (this happened about a week ago)
Anyone know what to do about this.
If some technichian or admin could take a look at this and if its possible sort my rank out, that be great

Unfortunately, this is not an issue we can assist you with - nor the blues here nor our customer support team can update players’ stats, ranks included.
Please report the issue via this forum - while it doesn’t guarantee an answer to your post or the recovery of your rank, a post there will allow our Quality Assurance team to perform the investigation required and see if the issue could be related to a specific bug or not.
