Hi! I have MacBook pro 15" 2019 with a radeon pro 555x GPU. During my time playing I have noticed constant low frames and during heavy teamfights the fps can drop below 10. I then opened ‘Activity Manager’ and then went to the energy tab where it shows if HOTS is using my GPU, which it didn’t. I then called the apple support and told them about my problem. However they couldn’t find any solution and told me to ask blizzard. They thought that the GPU wasn’t supported by the game and could not therefore be activated. If I Googled HOTS supported video cards Radeon Pro 555x was not listed. HOWEVER I then tried to play SC2 which has listed Radeon Pro 555 as a video card which should support the game. But the GPU was still not activated. Why does not the GPU get activated? Does Blizzard not support this GPU?
