[MAC] Lag Spikes

Hi!

I really wanted to play Heroes of the Storm on my Macbook but unfortunately I get huge lag spikes compared to when I install boot camp on a Windows version. I don’t want to keep switching between Windows and Mac and wanted to ask for your help as to why that happens?

I use a 2017 Macbook with a AMD Radeon 555 graphics card and 16GB RAM and I get spikes every 2 seconds so the screen freezes and refreshes. Is it related to the display or just how mac uses the graphics card so it causes problems? On Windows via bootcamp I get excellent FPS and no spikes.

Should you not see any improvements, we would recommend contacting Customer Support directly with your MAC system files for any specific ideas.

Sending a ticket in for this, you should also mention which steps you have already tried/done.
