Mephisto level 20 talent not recasting

Just had a game playing Mephisto. After hitting level 20, I took the talent for consume souls, but it didn’t recast after a kill.
I got 3-4 kills with it after level 20 and it never cast, so it was a consistent bug.
I do think that the bonus damage went through though, but not sure.

Sorry to ask another dumb question,
were the 3 to 4 kills on one cast?
it wont re-cast if theres no one to cast on :smiley:
