Last week I won Abathur through a golden loot chest. First char I didn’t have and not a duplicate in a long time so it was quite memorable.
Today after all the heroes are no longer free to play Abathur is also no longer available to me and has to be purchased.
Please investigate and correct it. Thank you.

We can’t review loot boxes from the forums, but usually this is a case of confusion (we have no verified reports of items disappearing like that).
In most cases, it’s a case of confusing one of the character skins with the character itself (specially legendary ones like Pajamathur, for example), or rerolling the loot box where the character was (something Game Masters can’t verify either, as they can’t see what was discarded).
