Hello Recently I logged back in after a really big break something like 2 years, only to notice certain hero skins and mount are gone, like timeless alextraza aspect, legendary muradin skin, leoric’s mount missing showing I still own it…? pirate queen cassia, nzoth alarak, a nimbus cloud, and that just what remember currently haven’t looked in depth if everything was how I left it. most of the items I believe came from chests.
Did everything, deleted, reinstalled, repaired, checked region.
They are still gone.
