Use the windows settings to flip the mouse buttons? You can just leave the settings windows open while you play and when you are done you can revert the mouse settings back to normal. Not ideal but it should work.

No the game reads hardware settings. changing to left flip does nothing, because of how the game reads. its akward, and its an old system alot of games use to do.
