To answer your question he has been viable for a long time now
He’s an amazing hero that can stand up to any hero that can’t burst damage him to death quick enough
Most heroes are not capable of that much burst damage especially when Murky is playing safely
And those that are will have trouble after he picks Big Tuna Kahuna at level twenty
There are very few ways to counter a good Murky player because he will just never stop being a nuisance to his enemies due to that fast respawn of eight seconds
