Pings issues every day ~18:00 CET

Hello! I’ve been having ping issues for weeks and still have them, usually happens around 18:00 CET and problem is disappear 4/5/6 etc hours later. Tried to post on my local TS Forum, but their answer was “Problems is on your side”, when we clearly can see that the problems are on the side of Blizzard:

Hello to both of you,

If you’re experiencing connection issues during peak hours it’s most likely a network issue, in your neighborhood or somewhere on the route to our servers. It should be confirmed if test a different connection and/or use a vpn. It should also not affect everyone in the game. In this situation, you should report the problem to your ISP.

In doubt, you can try the steps of this article if not done yet :

We are from different countries with dude below my WinMTR logs. And also I have a lot of friends who are experiencing the same problem, all from different countries, different cities, all with different providers.

This happens only in Heroes of the Storm (I do not play other Blizzard games). Tested various online/multiplayer games during time when problem occurs, and connection in those fine as always.
