please consider and discuss new Samuros rework. He is not pushing, “there are no specialists anymore” according to blizzard. But we now have a hero with a 8-10 cd tops on cleansing any dots, life switch and many more nice advantages.
Some months ago Tracer was nerved 5 patches in a row because apparently hero dmg was to high and her recall was OP so it got increased to 30 secs, even more with lvl 20 and the talent that could lower the cd was reduced.
Samuros recall apperently is okay. It IS a cleanse unless you hit all clones or wait for clones than do your dot. You can do it, but you could also wait for tracer recall but that was OP.
Btw, when will they make Artanis Ult beam not totally useless anymore? You could walk away from it easily, now 10% faster movement speed, its even more useless. Yes you can use it, but then again you can use everything even the most useless stuff CAN be situationally useful, doesn’t make it okay though.
