Seriously, why am I getting matched with people I report?

I am SICK of seeing the same people I report in RANKED matches troll and ruin the game for me and 8 other people. THREE GAMES IN A ROW I get matched with a player named MoscowGay. And EVERY GAME he trolls and just doesn’t play. I report himn for non-particpation and STILL SEE HIM! FIX YOUR REPORTING SYSTEM! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Have you tried simply waiting until they are in a game or not in Q and then start? This is one of the easier games to avoid a specific player because you can see their status after game and avoid them.

I shouldn’t have to. I should be able to queue up when I like and know I won’t be matched with loser trolls.
