Software Blocked From Using Graphics Hardware

The title is the prompt I get when I try to play HOTS and it crashes. I start up the game and it is fine until I start a match, then the screen lags out/screen tears/turns black, and the game crashes. I looked at my graphics settings because I’m using a new laptop, “HP Spectre 15t Touch Performance” but it has an AMD Radeon graphics card that should easily play HOTS on medium to high settings I think. Specifically, a Radeon RX Vega M GL, which I have been told is the equivalent to an NVidia 1050/1050Ti. The thing is, when I look at my graphics tab in game it says the game is using my integrated graphics which is an Intel® HD Graphics 630. So for the past two days I’ve been trying to find a way to make my laptop or at the very least HOTS use my Radeon graphics card instead of the integrated one.

I found the correct graphic drivers for the better GPU and games now use it instead of the integrated graphics.
