I was switiching in game setting and when I just clicked on yes switched these settings It found a match for me in Q and that caused reload and DCed me from the Q. This caused loss of approximately 500 points.
I want those points back.

Sorry to see this happened, unfortunately it is not possible to recover or restore the lost points in any way. You will have to win those back again yourself. Please do post this incident as a potential bug though, so it can be looked into. Post any bugs you find on the dedicated bug reporting forum.
