I cant believe how POOR the MM system is in HotS, endless games where the MM system will place a full 5 man or a 3 man and 2 man same team vs 5 PUGS
countless games where that pre-made will all be plat-diamond and the pugs end up mid gold/low silver or with bronze
Games where it stacks all the silenced players onto the pug team
THIS IS JUST UTTERLY P POOR MM IN QM/ARAM/UNRANKED that clearly favours the teamed players.
Heres and easy fix dev team, add a button for solo players to click, so if they want to play games where they not being shafted by the MM sytem they can check a box and they wont get put into the pool vs teams. Give the player a choice of extending there wait time for a better match up rather then just treating them like 2nd rate scum and being BAD at your jobs
