) here. The new lvl 1 talent gives Alarak a 6 sec cd telekinesis at %75 hp, plus lower mana. Which means you can combo someone every 8 seconds,q has 8 sec cd. That makes him incredibly powerful, we have to make it a %75 boost or something, because this is way too fast.
