This play mode is currently unavaliable

Greetings I have this issue for a few days now. When I log in into the game, I can browse the collections it shows stuff and also I can see the heroes within the quick match mode but I can’t press the play. funny thing is my profile level is shown but my profile doesn’t load and at storm league mode instead of my rank shows No Data, so curious I went through everything you have said within this post but no luck.

Most likely the steps in the blue post, Xylord. That issue, however, can have different possible solutions, what works for one user might not work for another one and I’ve seen a few cases where 3 or 4 different steps were required. :slight_smile:

Could you please make sure you are using Google DNS? Additionally, I recommend double-checking your Battle.net settings in Windows Firewall.
