Weird bug happening only on HOTS (messed keyboard)

Hello,
I came across this bug many times while playing the game, last time was right after I tried to record using windows+G
right after that, the whole keyboard gets messed up very badly, I cant use not a single button
tab becomes win+tab
space bar gives me selection on keyboard language
and every single letter popes up a kind of configuration window

before that I used to shut down the game, and reboot computer
but I came to a solution to only refresh explorer from task manager
still I cant figure out what is causing this mess

That sounds more like a windows issue if the keyboard settings are being adjusted while using the record feature in windows. It definitely sounds odd at the least.

Refreshing Explorer is a windows feature, we would recommend you consider reporting the issue to Microsoft perhaps.
