When I click play it says launching but then doesn't launch

Then the button will say play again. It worked fine on this computer in the past.

Hello, yes I tried all of those steps last night and it didn’t work. I think I read that the game doesn’t support 32 bit OS anymore? How would I update to 64 bit if that’s the case?

The update cannot be done. You need to install on a clean 64-bit operating system.

Indeed, 32 bit is not supported anymore. As Raxr said, you need to install the 64 bit Version if Windows.
