Anytime i open loot ,game shows loading screen and then crash to desktop. I had this issue a few months ago and I was hoping that blizzard will fix it ,but they didnt. I have updated my drivers adn reinstal the game. Any ideas how to fix it?

for me when a hero will gets leveled up at ending of game before the animation (gauge filling) it shows I have 1 loot chest and when animation finishes it shows I have 2 loot chest but when I check loots it’s 1 what a bug
