Where all my chars?

All chars are gone… WHERE IS IT???
even free are gone… i have gold… shards… rating… but not a heroes… no other stuff

I have the same issue. All my heroes are not any more in my possesion. I am only able to play the free to use heroes

Only have a few but not those I wanna play!

Same problem here. It seems like their servers are cooked or something. Do not try to reinstall or anything like that. None of it will work since the problem is on their side

Idk if this is your issue but sometimes it switches regions on patch or error or whatever.
Check your region above the play button’s cogwheel there’s a globe where you change it.

it’s been like this for more than 2 months
still no respond or fix from blizzard
