120 Ping on AMS1

Played yesterday and everything was fine, but I hopped on this afternoon on the AMS1 server and I’m pretty much capped at 120ms (normally I’ve got around 40), I’ve seen some other people complain about this a while ago and I’m wondering if its a server issue or on my end, any help would be nice, attached is a winmtr i ran today

Your WinMTR here is showing packet lose starting at your Router (line 1 there), as well as a worst ping of 109ms.
The packet loss hits 8% on the third line, and in the fourth line the worst ping is over 1000ms.
The average ping across those first 4 steps of the connection is already around 90ms, but it hits 1064ms at it’s worst during that WinMTR test.

Packet loss and high pings that early in the connection are bound to have a knock on effect further down the connection.
Some of the data your machine is sending out simply isn’t reaching the end destination, and some of the data that is making it to the end is taking a very long time to get there.

Give the steps here a try to see if they help, rerun the WinMTR afterwards and keep an eye on those first few steps in the connection.
If it still looks like the above results after you try the troubleshooting you might want to reach out to your internet provider for further assistance.
