Things to get out of the way:
Yes i have modified the Settings_v0.ini folder to reolve this.
I have scanned my game files and reinstalled them.
Windows Volume Mixer settings are correct.
My Audio drivers are up to date.
I have disabled “Allow application to take control of this device”
I have disable any audio enhancement software.
The volume in my web browser works fine, i have to set my Youtube volume to 10% in order to play music without it obscuring OW sounds.
Yes this is a issue with OW, i see no other causes.
I’ve seen a few issues like this in the past, if there is no fix could we get a (pardon the pun) a Over Sound option to go to 200% volume to resolve this?
