oke now im getting pretty pissed off, lost 50 sr AGAIN this season because of u guys dont connect me to the game, click rejoin wont work, by the time game is rebooted its to late already…
refund the sr u took without me doing anything wrong please, and dont send the standard reply, with that its my fault probably and links to stuff… had those enough in emails… only game where i get disconected so many times and that within 2 months…

If the standard stuff from the links didn’t solve the issues, we will need to take a closer look at your connection to our servers. After all, how can we fix something if we don’t know where the issue is!

did what the readme said kept the winmtr running for like 5 hours still didnt show anything, said it was still busy with it…
Quite odd it’s doing that. If it showed any results at all though, you can copy/paste them here so we can take a quick look at things. If no results are being shown, this may point to some deep seated connection issues between your PC and our servers. You can also try a traceroute to us and paste the results of that into this thread.
i got a gyazo link of the result but it wont let me post it… cant find the txt of it, but gues there isnt 1 because when i hit enter the search was done

EDIT:happened 2 times again today… only freaking game i have this problem with… first i get silenced 6 days undeserved, then this… 2nd kick is way longer ban from que O.o
EDIT: make that 3 times… 2 hour ban and more sr into the drain… cmon wtf if u dont want me to play just say it then ill play other games…

ehm no i wanna escape my sr … didnt have issues with it for almost 2 weeks… they just need to fix this boollshiet, and its ruining my experience more then evrey1… 150 sr in 1 night and almost 3 hours ban…
Sorry to hear that you’re having connection drops, but unfortunately the results that you provided don’t actually give us any info, since you’ve pointed the tests at your own router, not the game servers. Be sure to specifically use the IP address that you get by following the steps on the guide on our Support Site to make sure that you get results that can help narrow down what’s going on
