[Balticom, Latvia] Connection issues with game and Blizzard website

Guys, what is your location and what provider you are using?

Please add also your traceroute and pathping results to this thread, as well as a WinMTR test.

This usually indicates that issue is not within our game servers or pages, Sedgen. A VPN does not affect the destination (our services), but it does modify the path your connection takes to reach them, thus often bypassing your provider’s infrastructures.
We’ll be happy to have a more in-depth look, but we need the information I requested above.

Important: Please note that the use of a VPN is not advised and it can cause further connection issues.

If you are in the same country/city/using the same provider, this may be a local issue. However, I can’t tell for sure without any other information. :confused:
