Still better imo with lower sensitivity, less camera shaking. depends if you have a steady hand. As someone mentioned earlier, it’s all about personal preference.

i mean yeah it depends on what takes precedence for that person.
i wrote imo because i ment very specifically that I don’t find tracking slow enemies that difficult with “high sensitivity”
and some people might find it easier to track fast targets with a “low sensitivity” whatever that means to them, but for reference i think just in general the 180° is a nice rule of thumb of what’s the norm, where you put yourself on that line is personal.
for example jjonak i can see his low sensitivity working for him even against tracers as the most important thing for him is the ability to predict where she’s gonna be before she’s there.
i don’t even play comp and most tracers i play against have 3-5 blinks and recall everytime they engage in a fight, obviously they wait until they got all their resources back before jumping into the fray so they can stay and fight for longer and get out easier and outplay more things, why up to 5 blinks? because they don’t blink when they don’t need to getting back cooldowns as they go, i think some make the mistake of blinking between every reload which makes them waste blinks they don’t need to make in some cases.
i did check some of the comp ranks of those i play against, apparently they are pretty much plat/diamond for the most times if they aren’t privated.
it’s weird how sometimes QP is really chill and chaotic and sometimes it’s pretty freaking try-hardy.
take lijiang garden for example, i can bet there’s a lucio on the enemy team every single time and he’s gonna do his rollout so he can try and boop us off the bridge before we get to the center and 9 times out of 10 i’m right, and only 4 times out of 9 do i even bother to come up with a plan to not die to that rollout, why? because i don’t care that much to the point that i mind if they do it 
but sometimes you gotta 180° smack a tracer who never saw the hook coming because she’s been farming bombs off my back all game long.
