Try completely uninstalling Razer Chroma SDK. I’ve seen many cases where this program was causing exactly that issue.

when will this be fixed, i know its probably not on your guys end but still it leaves me having to buy a diff mouse rather then use my 150$ doller one thats needs razor chroma to tinker with it
