I think I’ll send my appeals a bit slower, like once or twice per week, because they will threaten you with suspension lol.
I have 6 accounts already banned. They never return them back and it is doesn’t matter what you show them in the appeal.
Overwatch is the game. Support should fix bugs and issues but not teach how to behave.

I never even got a suspension once and i’m playing since 2017… maybe you feed to obvious? like literally going solo each time on the enemy? or perhaps you think you wrote nothing wrong in the chat and from your perspective consider such phrases as “gosh ur trash” “playerX window is there pls end it all” “you souldn’t play this game ever” “Rein diff /ezzzz” “i met ur mamma yesterday” as fine ones? and i’m not even saying about cheating…cause that one you know is obvious reason

Lmao you clearly never worked in an IT company. Support mainly gives you instructions to fix your issue, they may have some tools too manage the app for ex to remove bans, give skins etc… but fixing bugs is not done by support team.
I literally work all my live in IT from 16 years. And as you are so clever you should know about different levels of support. That support could be technical or non technical. So yes I know what they should do. And teach me how to live isn’t their field 100%
Mostly course of communications. But if person is bad and screw up my game then I can tell that and support isn’t a break point for that. games to let off steam and not an institute for noble maidens
