Can i buy owl Tokens on Battle net and then use them on psn?

So, i want to buy tokens using a Battle net card, and then give as a present by btn for a friend
Can he use the Tokens in his psn account?

Hello Lara!

OWL Tokens for console need to be purchased ingame. Battle.net balance can’t be used for console OWL tokens, sorry.
