Cant get into OW, MW

Hello -

I cant get into OW. When I click play it shows:

The application encountered an unexpected error

I even can’t get into MW.

The crash report is showing an issue with some audio files, if you have anything like Sonic Studio then try uninstalling that and restarting the system to see if that resolves the issue.
