I am starting a game, logging in, the queue is ending and it says I have to give my email and password again and again. Tried everything and still everytime the queue end I have to give im ID again.
I have the same issue. Started for me about 2 weeks ago and haven’t been able to log in ever since. Thought it would resolve itself after the OW2 launch but that doesn’t seem to be the case…
Edit: Actually was able to log in now for the first time. Last things I tried was changing my Battle.net password and removing then re-adding my phone number and 2FA to my account.
I have the exact same issue; I’ve restarted everything - router, network adapters etc. Can’t login for love or money. It gets to the end of the queue, then say’s ‘entering the game’, after which it switches to ‘connecting to game’ and then fails with a login prompt.
Very frustrating indeed and I’m getting horrible flashbacks to OW1’s launch when I couldn’t play with a decent ping for months and it was all Blizzard’s fault.
Tried this and not working for me. What have you done before those things? Maybe something else fixed this issue.
That’s too bad. All I can remeber is I did a Scan and Repair and changing region to Americas then back again to Europe.
Hi,
this is a known issue and is currently being investigated.
Known Launch Issues
- Some players who merged their PC and console accounts are seeing an “Unexpected Server Error”
- Some cosmetics, items, and currency that players own are not showing up in their collections
- Some players are experiencing server disconnects
Please keep an eye on this thread which is updated constantly.
According to some other players, changing the server region (and changing it back) has helped.
Tried to make another account and still not working on any server region. Also I tried to log in at my friends PC(his account is working normaly there) but both of mine accounts are not. I dont really know what else can I do.
I’ve been looking into the issue for the past 2 days and found that the problem is related to accounts and not hardware or network meaning that players can’t do anything about it. The only thing we can do for now is wait for a new patch from Blizzard.
