Crashing on startup

I can’t play the game, it crashes after I hit start in blizzard application…
last time I played 4 days ago and it was fine.

I’ve seen this article Overwatch Forums
and couldn’t post there, so.
I followed the instructions written in the article but nothing solved the issue.

Hey MethodMan,

Thank you for posting the steps you have gone through already, and for providing your diagnostics. Please go through the steps to close background applications once more and completely uninstall Razer Cortex/Razer Development Kit for now. Restart once more once you have done that, and try launching Overwatch again.

problem is solved :smile:

I had to uncheck all system services and recheck them to know what was the problem, but it was not anyone of them.

probably it was Load startup items. because the first time I went through the steps I missed this one.
Also I uninstalled all Razer application and reinstall it after the game worked again.
