The new short film with McCree and Hero 29, Ashe was awesome, but I personally was more interested in Echo, the white/blue robot/omnic She was and is so pretty, I want her now! So as a celebration, I will make my own take on how I would imagine her if she ever would be a Hero in Overwatch
(Support Hero) ★★☆
- 50 Base Health / 150 Shield Health.
(Primary-Fire / LMB) Plasma Projector
- Echo engages a beam that connect to an ally. By maintaining the beam, she replaces damaged health with a permanent shield that disintegrates overtime. As the shield diminishes the target are healed for an equal amount.
- Grant 40 Shield per second. The shield granted can exceed the targets maximum health but cap at 50.
- The shield will diminish by 20 Shield per second, healing the target for an equal amount. Restore 20 Health per second.
- The shield granted are unaffected by Healing Reductions like Ana’s Biotic Grenade, but will be removed by Sombra’s EMP.
- Echo don’t have to look at the ally to maintain the tether, and the tether will break if Echo and the ally move out of range or line of sight, except during the first 1.4 seconds after the tether is engaged.
- The beam has a range of 15 meters.
(Alt-Fire / RMB) Plasma Projector
- Echo fire a storm of plasma petals that reduces enemies’ offensive capability.
- Targets hit will have their damage done reduced by 30% for 2 seconds.
- The petals has a projectile speed of 58 meters per second.
- Has a fire rate of 5 petals per second, and has an effective range of 20 meters.
- The petal each deal 12 damage, with fall-off for a minimum of 4 damage at extreme ranges.
- The petals can critical-hit/head-shot.
- Has a total ammo of 30, and a reload speed of 1.5 seconds.
(E) Cleanse
- Echo protect an ally with a harden shell that free the target from stun effects.
- Grant a 75 Health shield for 3 seconds. If a Stun effect was successfully removed the shield granted is increased to 100.
- Has a range of 20 meters, and the Cooldown is 12 seconds.
- Cleanse will go on Cooldown when the duration ends or when the shield is destroyed, and not on activation.
(L-SHIFT) Lifeline
- Echo establishes a link between herself and an ally, allowing her and the ally to teleport to one another once.
- Has a max ranged of 20 meters, and has an auto/homing targeting, like Mercy’s Guardian Angel.
- The link will break if Echo and the ally move out of range (but not line of sight), except during the first 1.4 seconds.
- Echo or her ally need to look towards the other and press (F) to teleport, line of sight are needed. The link is consumed upon activation.
- Has a 2 seconds Cooldown, if the teleport effect was used, Lifeline goes on an 8 seconds Cooldown instead.
(Ultimate / Q) Emergency
- Echo channels a protective zone, preventing herself and nearby allies to take fatal damage. When the effect ends, she and allies within the area will gain a Shield equal to their missing health for a short period of time.
- Upon activation, Echo will start to channel for 3 seconds. She are able to move but with reduced movement speed.
- During this channel, targets within the area are unable to fall below 1 Health. When the channel ends targets gain a Shield equal to their missing health for 5 seconds.
