We are Blue Flame eSports and we are recruiting new taent for the upcoming season of Open Division. We are holding open tryouts for all roles. Everyone with a peak of at least 4.1k may take part.
With the recent success of our young organization in various different games, like CS:GO and PUBG, we are looking to start a goal-driven Overwatch Team, with the priority of hitting Contenders Trials.
As we aim to go as far as we can, we want to accompany our players on their Path to Pro. For this exact goal we are looking for ambitious players that share the same mindset.
What we offer:
- Head- and Assistant Coach
- Player Manager
- Analyst
- Well structured scrims
- Regular VoD Reviews
- Own merchandise
- Participation in the next season of OD and other tournaments
Player requirements:
- Ability to scrim at least 5 times a week
- Willigness to improve constantly, also outside of scrims
- Communicative in team environments
- Scrim and/or tournament experience
- Leadership and shotcalling qualities preferred at certain roles (Main Tank, Main Support)

Duration approximately 4 hours.
We’ll add more dates depending on the number of sign-ups.
