My FPS has been capped at 60 for a few days, had this issue before and I fixed it by closing Razer Synapse while running Overwatch and it went back to normal FPS(200-300). Now it stays capped again after updating all drivers and following different advice. Unsure of what to do to solve the issue. Need some help! Thank you.
