Could you please give a bit more information about the issue? What happens exactly? Please add also a link to your MSInfo and DxDiag files - both can be uploaded to Pastebin. If you can’t post a reply containing a link, please highlight it and use the </> button (preformatted text).
As usual, please make sure troubleshooting steps advised here are covered (basic and advanced) - they help to remove a number of most common issues from the list of possible causes.
