Freja should have more muscle

That’s it.

I think it makes little to no sense for a bounty hunter to be so thin, and don’t really see why adding muscle would be an issue? I think the feminine characters lack the same variety in shape that the masculine characters are given. It essentially boils down to being thin, but at varying heights. Zarya, Junker Queen and Mei ( who’s arguably only ‘bigger’ because she’s wearing a thick winter coat ) are the only feminine characters who stray from that norm, and I think they’re much more interesting thanks to that. I don’t think it’s that much of an ask to have characters who vary in shape, especially when you consider that real athletes vary greatly in shape depending on the sport they practice. It’d make sense for the characters in a game centered around combat to be more athletic looking.

Legitimately… who cares.

You are just pointing and clicking on things.

uh… me?

It means something to me, and I assure you a lot of other people. If it means nothing to you, then why even bother to comment on it?

Just a bit sad to worry about the physical attributes of a digital character.

I guess I got too much fresh air today.

Awfully rude. My mistake thinking the forums were meant for feedback.
The suggestion I made was only made to make a game I already enjoy even more enjoyable. I like fun and interesting characters and I think different body-types might mean a lot to certain people ( myself included ), so what harm is there in asking for more variety?
But alas, that must be too much of an ask, I guess I’ll spend more time outside, rather than - oh, I don’t know - spend 478 days on the ‘Overwatch Forums’.

I do. Because characters having realistic proportions is important. It’s especially important because it makes them more relatable and more recognise able characters. And further to that, it’s important for women to feel just as represented with their body type as it is for men.

I doubt you’d say the same if someone had problems with the male characters proportions; which I should note, it’s interesting that it isn’t a problem for male characters to begin with.

In a fictional cartoon world…

That doesn’t make it any less important. Why do you think they have large muscular men like Reinhardt and smaller thinner men like Lúcio? Because men want to feel represented by the characters they’re playing and men come in all shapes and sizes. Women deserve that just as much as men do women too came in all shapes and sizes. However currently, Overwatch is not doing a good enough job of representing that for it’s female characters the way it does for it’s male characters.

When I look at characters in Overwatch, I look at the ability list and the mechanics to play them.

On paper, I agree, more diversity and representation is good.

But, how they look… literally irrelevant nonsense worried about by people who don’t get out enough.

You seem pretty worried over these characters looking more diverse… The way a character “looks” is important, as it signals the purpose they serve. Wouldn’t make much sense for Pharah or Mercy to not have wings. Their design communicates purpose, and varied design and shape communicates that these characters are different.
