I accidentally bought genji golden gun. I accidentally clicked on the pop up purchase button to purchase the gold gun. And a gold gun for me is really much because i only have 2 right now. I got really angry and sad so i thought i would give this support a try i hope you guys can restore my 3000 competetive points anyways thank you for your support.

Sadly, they won’t refund anything. Shame really.
You could try submitting a support ticket, but it will be a very long shot.
I did write a support ticket they told me to send it to the developers on the forum i hope they can get my competetive points back 
Try the NA forum. They will not look at this.
