Since around 2 months ago, I’ve noticed that my desktop Overwatch app has stopped showing notifications for when I get group invites or role selection too for that matter.
To clarify, I get the in-game notification popups, but if I’m in a different tab, my Overwatch icon on the task bar does not flash orange like it used to whenever I get a group invite, meaning I keep missing them if I’m watching YouTube or something.
The weird thing is, it still flashes orange for things like whispers and AFK-timeout warnings or if a game has been found after waiting in queue. So it just seems to have stopped flashing for group invites and I can’t figure out why. I looked all the settings but couldn’t find a desktop notification toggle for group invites.
I am on Windows 10 Pro (1903) and am running the latest Overwatch version. Does anyone know how to fix this please?
