Hey there. So it’s been a few days now. When playing competitive I got 2 Halloween boxes that won’t open up. It says I have 2 but when I click on them it says 0 
any reason for that? Thanks
check if you have any non-event ones. You can only get Halloween ones by leveling up or doing the weekly challenge so the roleQ ones don’t count unfortunately!

What ShinyHero mentions is correct. Loot boxes you get for picking certain roles in role queue grant normal loot boxes. In order to open them, go to the lot boxes menu, and click where it says “PREV”. That will show you the normal loot boxes
