You seem like you are pretty weak willed. If you get upset when someone says you’ve done a bad job, how on earth do you cope at school/work/home.
If someone says you’re feeding, or done something dumb. Just say “yeah, my bad, made a mistake” and move on. Getting annoyed about it only gives them what they want. Or even better, hold your hand up before they say anything. But that will require you to know you’ve done something dumb.
