So my account has been permanetly banned wrongfully. I raised a ticket which a login is not needed if you upload your ID. The game master replied the ticket by sending me a email and asked me to upload my ID info (I know, although I have uploaded to raise the ticket without login). However, I can not check my ticket without login! What should I do here…
