Huge ping spikes, latency drops to 200-1000ms

I have some big drops with latency in Overwatch games, I have been trying so many things to fix it but it just doesn’t work. This happens in almost any of the matches im playing recently and its getting very frustrating.
Most of the time in a match my ping is fine, hovering around 20-30ms but then suddenly it spikes up to 200-1000ms for a short period of time (about 3 to 20 seconds) and then go’s back to the normal amount again. Some times I drop out of the game or get a black screen with the loading symbol and get reconnected after a few second.
(I’m not playing on Wi-Fi but playing a a cable connection)

The things I tied:

  • reinstall the game
  • repair tool
  • use vpn
  • don’t use vpn
  • port forwarding
  • flush router
  • turn down my settings to low
  • turn off all applications on the background
  • made sure I’m the only active user on the network

Anything else I should do or try?
or is there more information needed from my system or provider to analyze the problem?

I have been using WinMTR to track some of this information, but I’m not very technical to understand anything like this, so that’s why I’m posting here to get some help with this.
