Sadly this isn’t something we can resolve on the forums. Please make a ticket and include your Overwatch purchase transaction ID, or your Overwatch game key. We can then find out what happened :slight_smile:

I had my overwatch account for over a year now but it does not show in my account anymore and It says that I need to buy it again I don’t understand in the battlenet account shows that I have the overwatch account active but in the launcher, it shows that I don’t have the game how can we resolve this I provide the screenshots that the game was on my account
