I have a very similar issue. I own the origins edition disc version and the regular digital version. I’m missing the skins from the origins edition.

I have the same problem i have the disc but all my things from overwatch 1 is gone the only things i have is the skins from the origins edetion that i bought but all my other skins are gone
I bought the Watchpoint pack on Xbox but didn’t receive any of the content. After a full reinstall and relocate of the app etc I now have access to all the heroes but no Battlepass or coins. It seems some progress has been made.
i couldn’t add a phone number to my old battle net account to play overwatch 2 so i created a new one and added my psn account dale0396 to it. upon doing that i lost all my in game items and i want them back. i’ve spend plenty of money and time on this game getting the cosmetics i have. is there anything you can do?
i got the player icon on ow1 but i haven’t got any of the other items, i don’t have the battle pass, the coins or the space raider skins, i’m not sure if this is a bug but i don’t want to buy it again

They promised a set for the players from the first part, but of all the promised only I got Kiriko :C
it says not available anymore? it normally says that when you’ve bought it, but it didn’t say that yesterday
My account is both PC and Playstation merged - I also haven’t received the stuff from the watch point pack (and 2 of my friends that purchased haven’t either). I haven’t seen any mention of this by overwatch/blizzard at all. No acknowledgement.
Mine was also glitched out, logged on before work, had a look on the store, scrolled down and all of sudden the everything unlocked, coins, skins and the battlepass, I’m on the ps5

If you go through twitter Overwatch has acknowledged it in a reply to someone
then i connected my ps4 account to my battlenet on pc and logged in on ow i didnt have any of my ow1 skins, then i go on the ow2 on ps4 i suddenly have my pre order ow1 widow skin but then i get on pc i dont have it also lost all my skins and 2 golden guns idk
I have the same problem, what the heck, fix it, like, what!?!? I’m a veteran player in Overwatch, I’m playing Overwatch since OW1, and I did the tutorial to unlock AGAIN all the heroes, and guess what, they are locked and I didn’t received Nor the new ones. Fix It

Mine’s the same. It merged and nothing came across. There goes 4 years of work…
I don’t even have the merge account button, I merged back in OW1 and I only play PS and still no transferred progress, i am getting scared that it might have been gone already
