Not replied to one my ticket even stating 24 hours was estimated response time
5 days Iāve been trying to merge my account it just doesnāt work itās told me itās complete and to restart about 50 times, I give up! Wish I didnāt buy the watchpoint pack either the game is so broken

same i probably watched over 12+ hours and didnt receive any of the rewards

Does anyone know what is going on? For the past month I have been trying to figure why my skins have not migrated even though I have clicked on the migrate in the menu and had it finished. Blizzard Support please and does anyone have a way for me to contact them directly or sort this out.

What is going on with the rewards, I watched hours and hours and hours and Iāve received nothing.
Itās not an account issue because other rewards have come through for other games with Blizzard.
Why are there no updates.
U also forgot to mention that your subterranean programming qualities and greedy cutbacks certainly didnt help matters a long.
Yesterday @overwatchleague said on Twitter that our Overwatch Grand Finals rewars are going to be distribuited soon. I still only have 45 tokens and 3 hours of skin, and Iām not the only one whoās still waiting.
But, why did they specified āOverwatch Grand Finalsā? What about all the other rewards? I hope they include everything cause Iām tired of waiting.

I actually quite disappointed, I havenāt had a thing so far. I did respond to the tweet as well, thank you for pointing it out.
My friends are in the same boat and havenāt received anything yet.
Watched all days the normal stream and the encores and it seemed to work fine for me at the start, got about 135 points and some random skins unlocked, but as some point it just stopped giving me more points and no more skins unlocked. Still missing the same rewards as most people I see in this thread.
A week later the Contender skins are unlocking completely fine and I changed nothing.

I have watched the whole playoffs and encores starting on youtube the first 2 days then swapping over to the OWL website to make sure it registered my viewtime. The green light was on for the whole time yet i haven gotten a single token nor a skin. Its been some time so i think there has gone smth wrong by now. Apologies for my english

A blue response to update us on the issue would be very nice by now, since ticketing about it will only give you a standard response. Normally stuff like this is fixed quite fast but this time it takes forever.
